Schecter C-1 Steath XX Limited Edition Reviews 5

I Found this in the musiciansfriend magazine for only $499. What a great deal. The retail price was $1,000 so I went ahead and grabbed it.

I like everything abut it. The pickups are a Seymour Duncan 59 at the neck and a Seymour Duncan Distortion at the bridge. I love the platinum finish, its so hard to scratch. This thing is built like a tank, and its sorta heavy, but I like that. It has awesome pickup covers on it, and a 5 way pickup selector. Metal Volume and tone knobs. I also love the tuners, they are grover which I think are the best out. I like the inlay at the 12th fret, by the way, I Dont like having inlays on my guitars, it makes me feel childish. String thru body, which is awesome. Oh yes, it also has a set neck and a Tone Pros Bridge. Medium frets are exellent.

I sortod dont like the input jack, because its on the side and not on the frot, but other than that, this rocks!

Oh man, this thing is built like a tank. The quality is awesome because it was setup in the old US. Everything is solid, and the tone is outstanding. This thing screams more than Michael Jackson getting kidnapped. But dont be fooled, it has a great distortion sound to it and it can be bad to the bone. Plays everything from Pink Floyd to Nirvana.

I think that this is the best guitar that Schecter has put out. If you find one, buy it. They only made 100 of them and they are all gone. By the way I have number 73. So look on ebay for one, lata.
